Ticket Policy

All VIP UPGRADES ARE TICKETLESS UPGRADES. THIS IS NOT A CONCERT TICKET. YOU MUST HAVE A CONCERT TICKET PURCHASED FOR THE VIP UPGRADE TO BE VALID. IF YOU PURCHASE A VIP UPGRADE BEFORE PURCHASING YOUR CONCERT TICKET AND THE SHOW SELLS OUT - YOU ASSUME ALL RISK OF NOT BEING ABLE TO GET YOUR VIP ITEMS.

You will be emailed the VIP details 2-3 days before your event. Please plan on needing to be at the venue at least an hour before doors open and we will send the confirmed VIP time once confirmed. If you miss the VIP session - you can pick up your items at Hammerfall's merch booth. If you miss the event entirely - Hammerfall and Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing these to you.
