Ticket Policy

All presale tickets and tickets included in VIP packages are general admission tickets and WILL CALL PICK UP ONLY. You can retrieve your tickets at the box office the night of your show with your photo ID or your confirmation email of your purchase.

Ticketless VIP Upgrades are available as well. These DO NOT include a ticket to the concert. We highly suggest a concert ticket is purchased before purchasing a Ticketless VIP Upgrade. You assume all risk if the Ticketless VIP Upgrade is purchased without having a concert ticket beforehand.

If a VIP Package or a VIP Upgrade is purchased - You will be emailed the time and location of your VIP session 2-3* days prior to the event. If you have not received this information by the day before your show - please email customerservice@soundrink.com so we can ensure you receive this information.

If you miss the VIP session - you can still pick up your VIP items at Suicide Silence's merch booth. If the event is missed entirely - Chelsea Grin, Suicide Silence and Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing these items to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED!
