Ticket Policy

All tickets included in VIP Packages are general admission tickets and WILL CALL PICK UP ONLY! You can retrieve your ticket from the venue's box office with your photo ID or confirmation email. VIP details will be emailed to you 2-3 days before the event. This will include the time and location to meet for your meet & greet and photo opp with Dylan.

If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up your exclusive item at Dylan's merch booth. If you miss the show entirely, Sound Rink & Dylan Matthew are not responsible for mailing these items to you.
