Ticket Policy

All tickets included in VIP packages and presale tickets are general admission tickets and are TICKETMASTER DIGITAL TICKETS. TICKETS WILL BE SENT TO YOU VIA TICKETMASTER AT LEAST 3-5 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

You will be emailed the VIP details 2-3 days before your event if VIP is purchased. This will include the time and location to be for check-in for the VIP. ALL VIP items minus the poster will be mailed to you. Please make sure you include your correct shipping address when purchasing. If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up your poster included in your VIP purchase at the band's merch booth. If you miss the concert entirely, Dying Fetus and Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing these items to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
