Ticket Policy
All VIP UPGRADES ARE TICKETLESS UPGRADES. THIS IS NOT A CONCERT TICKET. YOU MUST HAVE A CONCERT TICKET PURCHASED FOR THE VIP UPGRADE TO BE VALID. IF YOU PURCHASE A VIP UPGRADE BEFORE PURCHASING YOUR CONCERT TICKET AND THE SHOW SELLS OUT - YOU ASSUME ALL RISK OF NOT BEING ABLE TO PARTAKE IN THE VIP.
You will be emailed the time and location of your VIP 2-3* days before your event. All VIP items will be handed out at your VIP experience. Nothing included in this VIP will be mailed to you. Please make sure to check your spam folder as well if you do not see in your inbox. If you do not receive this email and information - please email customerservice@soundrink.com so we can ensure you get all the info you need.
If you miss the VIP session - you can still pick up your VIP merch at Louyah's merch booth. If you miss the entire VIP experience - Louyah & Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing these to you.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
