All presale tickets and tickets included in VIP packages are GENERAL ADMISSION and PDF TICKETS. Tickets will be sent to you 3-5 days prior to the event. If a VIP package is purchased, you will be emailed the VIP details 2-3 days prior to the event. If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up your items at the band's merch booth. If you miss the event entirely; Shofetti & Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing these items to you.
