Ticket Policy

All tickets included in VIP packages are GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS and AXS DIGITAL TICKETS. Tickets will be sent to you at least 3-5 days prior to the event via AXS.

Please plan on needing to be at the venue a half hour to an hour before doors open for early entry. The confirmed early entry time will be emailed to you 2-3 days before the event. All VIP items will be given to you at the venue - nothing will be mailed to you.

If you miss the event entirely - Sound Rink & Movements are not responsible for mailing these items to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
