Ticket Policy

All presale tickets and tickets included in VIP packages are general admission tickets and WILL CALL PICK UP ONLY. You can retrieve your tickets from the venue's box office the night of the show with your photo ID or confirmation email. VIP info will be emailed to customers 2-3 days prior to the event. All items included in the VIP are picked up at the VIP session. If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up your items at We Came As Romans' merch booth. If you miss the event completely, We Came As Romans and Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing any items included in the VIP to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
