All presale tickets and tickets included in VIP Packages are general admission and WILL CALL PICK UP ONLY. You will be emailed VIP details 2-3 days before the event. If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up your items at the band's merch booth. If you miss the event entirely; Khemmis & Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing items to you.
