Ticket Policy

All presale tickets and tickets included in VIP packages are general admission tickets and WILL CALL PICK UP ONLY. If VIP is purchased, you will be emailed VIP details 2-3 days before your event. All items will be given out at the VIP session. If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up your items at Eidola's merch booth. If the concert is missed entirely - Sound Rink and Eidola are not responsible for mailing items included in VIP packages to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
