These are TICKETLESS VIP UPGRADES. VIP Upgrade purchases DO NOT include tickets to the concert. You must have tickets purchased for the VIP Upgrade to be valid.

VIP details will be emailed to you 2-3 days before the event. All items will be MAILED to you. All shipping costs are included in the price charged. Please make sure you include your correct shipping address when purchasing.

If you miss the concert entirely, Pierce The Veil and Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing your laminate and lanyard to you.
