Ticket Policy

All tickets included in VIP packages and presale tickets are general admission tickets and PDF TICKETS. The delivery method of these tickets cannot be changed. PDF tickets will be sent to you 3-5 days before the event. If a VIP package is purchased, you will be emailed VIP details 2-3 days before the event. If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up your items at Eidola's merch booth. If you miss the event entirely, Eidola and Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing items to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
