ALL PRESALE TICKETS AND TICKETS INCLUDED IN VIP PACKAGES ARE GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS AND WILL CALL PICK UP ONLY! YOU CAN GET YOUR TICKETS AT THE VENUE'S BOX OFFICE THE NIGHT OF THE SHOW WITH YOUR PHOTO ID OR CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

VIP details will be emailed to you 2-3 days before the event. Please plan on needing to be at the venue at least an hour to an hour and a half before doors open for the VIP. We will send the confirmed schedule once it is set. If you miss the VIP session - you can pick up your VIP merch at Caskets' merch booth. If you miss the event entirely - Caskets & Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing to you.
