Ticket Policy

All presale tickets and are GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS and TIXR DIGITAL TICKETS. Tickets will be sent to you at least 3-5 days prior to the event via email.

If VIP is purchased - you will receive a QR Code Ticket for access into the VIP (THIS IS NOT YOUR CONCERT TICKET). You will use the QR code to be scanned into the VIP. You will be emailed more details and information regarding your VIP 2-3 days before the event.

Side-Stage Hero VIP Customers - You will also be emailed more details regarding your side stage VIP 2-3 days before the event. Please make sure you have this info in advance to ensure you get all perks included in your purchase.
