Ticket Policy

All presale tickets and tickets included in VIP packages are general admission tickets and WILL CALL PICK UP ONLY. The delivery method for these tickets cannot be changed. If a VIP Package is purchased, you will be emailed VIP details 2-3 days before the event. All items included in the VIP are picked up at the VIP session. If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up the items at Senses Fail's merch booth. If you miss the event entirely, Shofetti and Senses Fail are not responsible for mailing these items to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
