Ticket Policy
All tickets included in all VIP Packages are PDF TICKETS. Your PDF See Ticket for the festival will be sent to you from Sound Rink 3-5* days prior to the festival.
Please make sure you select the correct shirt size when purchasing. If the wrong size is selected, please email customerservice@soundrink.com ASAP and we will update your order for you. We will email all customers before the shirt order is placed for any last minute changes. Once the order is placed - shirt sizes will not be able to be changed.
VIP details will be sent to customers 2-3 days before the festival. This will include early entry times, meet and greet schedules and info, dos and don't of the festival and more. If you have not seen this email 2 days before the festival - please email customerservice@soundrink.com and we will make sure you have this information.
MEGA VIP CUSTOMERS: You will be emailed in advance with your hotel information. We do not have a specific timeline when that will be sorted yet but we will be sure to let everyone know as soon as all rooms are booked and processed.
*This is Sound Rink's standard timeline for ticket delivery. This timeline is as such because many venues have implemented delayed delivery within 48 hours of the event. These delivery delays are applied to us as well. Tickets may be delivered sooner than the 3-5 day period but that isn't guaranteed.
