Ticket Policy

All tickets included in VIP packages are GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS and AXS DIGITAL TICKETS. Tickets will be sent to you at least 3-5 days prior to the event via AXS.

Please plan on needing to be at the venue an hour to an hour and a half before doors open to the public. The confirmed VIP time will be emailed to you 2-3 days before the event along with other details regarding your VIP session.

If you miss the VIP session or if you miss the event entirely - Sound Rink and The Academy Is... are not responsible for mailing these items to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
