Ticket Policy

All tickets included in VIP Packages are general admission tickets and AXS Digital Tickets. The delivery method cannot be changed. All tickets will be sent to you via AXS 3-5 days prior to the event. VIP information will be emailed to you 2-3 days prior to the event. All items will be picked up at the event. If you miss the VIP session, you can still pick up your items at ABR's merch booth. If you miss the show entirely; August Burns Red and Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing items to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
