Ticket Policy

All tickets purchased are general admission and PDF TICKETS. Tickets will be sent to you at least 3-5 days prior to the event via email.

VIP info is emailed to you 2-3 days before the event. Please plan on needing to be at the venue an hour and half to two hours before doors for the VIP session. You will be sent the confirmed time within the 2-3 day period before your event. If you have not seen this information 2 days before your event - please email customerservice@soundrink.com.

If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up items at the venue's box office. If you miss the event entirely, CKY and Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing items to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
