Ticket Policy

All presale tickets and tickets included in VIP packages are general admission and WILL CALL PICK UP ONLY. You can retrieve your tickets at the venue's box office the night of the show with your photo ID or confirmation email. If VIP is purchased, VIP details will be sent to you 2-3 days prior to the event. If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up your items at the band's merch booth. If you miss the event entirely - Shofetti & Finch are not responsible for mailing these items to you.
