Ticket Policy

All tickets included in VIP packages and presale tickets are general admission tickets and are WILL CALL PICK UP ONLY.

You will be emailed the VIP details 2-3 days before your event if VIP is purchased. This will include the time and location to be for check-in for the VIP. ALL VIP items will be given to you at the VIP session.

If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up your VIP merch at the Jhariah's merch booth. If you miss the concert entirely, Jhariah and Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing these items to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
