IF YOU PURCHASE A UPGRADE BEFORE PURCHASING YOUR CONCERT TICKET AND THE SHOW SELLS OUT - YOU ASSUME ALL RISK OF NOT BEING ABLE TO REDEEM YOUR UPGRADE AT THE SHOW.

You will be emailed the details for your Upgrade purchase 2-3 days before your event. Nothing included in this VIP will be mailed to you. Please make sure to check your spam folder as well if you do not see in your inbox. If you do not receive this email and information - please email customerservice@soundrink.com so we can ensure you get all the info you need.

If you miss concert and do not retrieve your items - Sullivan King & Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing these to you.
