Ticket Policy

This is a TICKETLESS VIP Upgrade. VIP Upgrades do NOT include tickets to the concert. You must have your tickets purchased to the concert separately to attend the VIP session and concert.

Please plan on needing to be at the venue an hour to an hour and a half before doors open to the public. The confirmed VIP time will be emailed to you 2-3 days before the event along with other details regarding your VIP session.

If you miss the VIP session - you can pick up your VIP merch at Cattle Decapitations merch table. Please inform the merchandiser that you missed the VIP and provide them your name and information so they can assist you. If you miss the event entirely - Sound Rink & Cattle Decapitation are not responsible for mailing these items to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
