Ticket Policy

All Presale Tickets and tickets included in VIP Packages are GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS AND LIVENATION/TICKETMASTER DIGITAL TICKETS. Tickets will be sent to you via Livenation/Ticketmaster 3-5 days prior to the event. VIP info will be emailed to you 2-3 days before your event. All items will be given to you at the VIP session. If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up your items at Polyphia's merch booth. If you miss the concert entirely, Polyphia and Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing VIP items to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
