Ticket Policy
All presale tickets and tickets included in VIP Packages are general admission tickets and PDF TICKETS. PDF Tickets will be sent to you via email 3-5 days prior to your event. The email used when purchasing will be the email tickets are delivered to via email.
If a VIP Package was purchased - VIP details will be emailed to you 2-3* days before the event. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
If you have not received an email with the time and location for your VIP by the day before your concert - please email customerservice@soundrink.com so we can make sure you have this information.
If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up the items included in your VIP at Senses Fail's merch booth. If you miss the event entirely; Shofetti & Senses Fail are not responsible for mailing these items to you.
*2-3 days is the typical timeframe in which the VIP time is confirmed. This time may be sent before the 2-3 days if confirmed well in advance. The time may also be confirmed closer to the event if there are scheduling conflicts. We will send a follow up email separate from your confirmation email with these details once they are confirmed.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
