These are TICKETLESS VIP UPGRADES. VIP Upgrade purchases DO NOT include tickets to the concert. You must have tickets purchased for the VIP Upgrade to be valid.

Please plan on needing to be at the venue an hour and a half to two hours prior to the public door time. Confirmed VIP details will be emailed to you 2-3 days before the event. If you have not received this email the day before your event - please email customerservice@soundrink.com and we will make sure you get that information.
All VIP items will be given to you at the concert. If you miss the concert entirely, Dying Fetus and Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing VIP items to you.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
