All presale tickets and tickets included in VIP packages are general admission and PDF TICKETS. Tickets will be sent to you via email 3-5 days prior to the event. If you purchase a VIP package, VIP info will be emailed to you 2-3 days before the event. If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up your items at The Plot In You's merch booth. If you miss the event entirely - Sound Rink & The Plot In You are not responsible for mailing these items to you.
