Ticket Policy

All Presale Tickets and tickets included in VIP Packages are GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS AND AXS DIGITAL TICKETS. Tickets will be sent to you 3-5 days prior to the event via AXS Mobile. VIP info will be emailed to you 2-3 days before your event. All items except the CD copy of Polyphia's new album will be given to you at the VIP session. The CD will be mailed to the address provided when purchasing***. If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up your items at Polyphia's merch booth. If you miss the concert entirely, Polyphia and Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing VIP items to you.

VIP Upgrade purchases DO NOT include tickets to the concert. You must have tickets purchased for the VIP Upgrade to be valid. VIP details will be emailed to you 2-3 days before the event.

***CD copies of 'Remember That You Will Die' are only included for the new events. Austin and Dallas VIP will receive the digital download of the album as previously mentioned.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
