Ticket Policy

ALL VIP are Ticketless VIP Upgrades. VIP Upgrades do NOT include tickets to the concert. You must have your tickets purchased to the concert separately to attend the VIP session and concert. You will be emailed your VIP info 2-3 days before the event. All items included in the VIP are picked up at the VIP session. Nothing in this purchase is mailed to you.

If you have not received an email with the time and location for your VIP by the day before your concert - please email customerservice@soundrink.com so we can make sure you have this information.

If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up the items included in your VIP at The Used’s merch booth. If you miss the event entirely; Sound Rink & The Used are not responsible for mailing these items to you.

*2-3 days is the typical timeline in which the VIP time is confirmed. This time may be sent before the 2-3 days if confirmed well in advance. The time may also be confirmed closer to the event if there are scheduling conflicts. We will send a follow up email separate from your confirmation email with these details once they are confirmed.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELED.
