Ticket Policy

All presale tickets and tickets included in VIP packages are general admission tickets and WILL CALL PICK UP ONLY. You can get your tickets at the venue's box office the night of the show with your photo ID.

VIP details will be emailed to you 2-3 days before the event. Plan on needing to be at the venue an hour and a half to two hours before doors for the VIP. We will email the confirmed time once we have it which should be around 2-3 days prior.

All items included in the VIP are picked up at the VIP session. If you miss the VIP session, you can still get your items at EE's merch booth. If you let the person working the booth know that you missed the VIP - they will assist you in getting your items. If you miss the event entirely however, Sound Rink & Enterprise Earth are not responible for mailing these items to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
