Ticket Policy

All tickets included in VIP packages are GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS and LIVENATION/TICKETMASTER DIGITAL TICKETS. Tickets will be sent to you via LIVENATION/TICKETMASTER 3-5 days prior to the event.

Please plan on needing to be at the venue an hour to an hour and a half before doors open to the public. The confirmed VIP time will be emailed to you 2-3 days before the event along with other details regarding your VIP session.

All VIP photos will be taken and uploaded to the photo gallery below. Please allow 48-72 hours after your show for photos to be uploaded.

If you miss the VIP session - you can pick up your VIP merch at Beartooth's merch table. Please inform the merchandiser that you missed the VIP and provide them your name and information so they can assist you. If you miss the event entirely - Sound Rink & Beartooth are not responsible for mailing these items to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
