If a VIP package is purchased, you will be emailed VIP details 2-3 days prior to the event. If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up your VIP items at New Found Glory's merch booth. If you miss the event entirely; Shofetti & New Found Glory are not responsible for mailing these to you.
