Ticket Policy

All tickets included in VIP packages are GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS and TIXR DIGITAL TICKETS. Tickets will be sent to you at least 3-5 days prior to the event via email.

If a VIP upgrade is purchased, please plan on needing to be at the venue an hour to an hour and a half before doors open to the public. The confirmed VIP time will be emailed to you 2-3 days before the event along with other details regarding your VIP session. If you do not receive this information in the timeline provided - please email customerservice@soundrink.com and we will get you the information as soon as possible.

If you miss the VIP session or you miss the event entirely - Sound Rink & Kreator are not responsible for mailing these items to you.
