Ticket Policy

These are TICKETLESS VIP UPGRADES. VIP Upgrade purchases DO NOT include tickets to the concert. You must have tickets purchased for the VIP Upgrade to be valid.

VIP details will be emailed to you 2-3 days before the event. Please plan on needing to be at the venue AT LEAST an hour before doors open to the public. The confirmed VIP time will be in the email with the other details of the meet and greet. All items will be given to you at the VIP session. If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up your items at Memphis May Fire's merch booth. If you miss the concert entirely, Memphis May Fire and Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing VIP items to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
