Ticket Policy

All tickets included in VIP Packages are general admission tickets and WILL CALL PICK UP ONLY. The delivery method cannot be changed. All tickets can be retrieved from the venue's box office the night of the show with photo ID. VIP information will be emailed to you 2-3 days prior to the event. All items will be picked up at the event. If you miss the VIP session, you can still pick up your items at ABR's merch booth. If you miss the show entirely; August Burns Red and Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing items to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
