Ticket Policy

All tickets included in VIP packages and presale tickets are general admission tickets and are AXS DIGITAL TICKETS. TICKETS WILL BE SENT TO YOU AT LEAST 3-5 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT VIA AXS.

You will be emailed the VIP details 2-3 days before your event if VIP is purchased. This will include the time and location to be for check-in for the VIP. If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up your items included in your VIP purchase at the band's merch booth. If you miss the concert entirely, Microwave and Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing these items to you.
