Ticket Policy

All tickets purchased are general admission and TICKETMASTER DIGITAL TICKETS. Tickets will be sent to you at least 3-5 days prior to the event via Ticketmaster.

ALL VIP FROM HERE PURCHASES: Side stage will be available where venues are allowed and able to accommodate. If a venue is not able to provide side stage accommodations - this will be listed in the VIP description and an alternative viewing area will be provided.

VIP info is emailed to you 2-3 days before the event. Please plan on needing to be at the venue an hour and half to two hours before doors for the VIP session. You will be sent the confirmed time within the 2-3 day period before your event. If you have not seen this information 2 days before your event - please email customerservice@soundrink.com.

If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up items at the venue's box office. If you miss the event entirely, New Found Glory and Shofetti are not responsible for mailing items to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
