IF YOU PURCHASE A UPGRADE BEFORE PURCHASING YOUR CONCERT TICKET AND THE SHOW SELLS OUT - YOU ASSUME ALL RISK OF NOT BEING ABLE TO REDEEM YOUR UPGRADE AT THE SHOW.

You will be emailed the details for your Upgrade purchase 2-3 days before your event. Nothing included in this VIP will be mailed to you.
