Ticket Policy

This is a TICKETLESS VIP UPGRADE. VIP Upgrades do NOT include tickets to the concert. You must have your tickets purchased to the concert separately to attend the VIP session and concert.

VIP details will be emailed 2-3 days prior to the event. All items included in the VIP are picked up at the VIP session. Nothing in this purchase is mailed to you.

If you miss VIP session - you can pick up your items at Archers' merch booth. If you miss the event entirely - Sound Rink & UArchers are not responsible for mailing these to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
