Ticket Policy

All presale tickets and tickets in VIP packages are general admission tickets and WILL CALL PICK UP ONLY. You can retrieve your tickets from the venue's box office the night of the show with your photo ID or confirmation email. If you purchase a VIP UPGRADE, you MUST have tickets purchased separately. VIP info will be emailed to you 2-3 days before the event. Items included in VIP packages and upgrades will be mailed to you in advance of the show. A specific timeline of when these will be mailed is not available but you will receive an email with tracking when these are sent.
