These are VIP UPGRADES and NOT TICKETS TO THE CONCERT. You MUST have tickets purchased separately for the VIP Upgrade to be valid. VIP details will be emailed 2-3 days before the event. If you miss the VIP session, merch items can be picked up at The Used's merch booth. If you miss the event entirely, The Used and Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing these items to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
